It’s time to wrap up the year, and staring in the face of 2020! I am always so thankful for an opportunity to reflect on what has happened, good and bad, and to look forward to the new year with renewed optimism and hope. In the kitchen, it has been a wonderful year of new recipes, sweet ones and savory ones, ones that are a departure from my norm, but no less fun to try.

My cast iron, as always, got a good work out, and my baking bone was definitely exercised well. I wish I could say the same for my actual exercising… because this new year is gonna be a rough one in that department.

I went digging through the stats over the last year, and pulled out the top 10 recipes that you all loved so much. Some of them have definitely been favorites of mine as well. If you didn’t get a chance to try them earlier in the year, I hope you will with the turning of the calendar.

As always, happiest new year to you all, and thank you for all of your support and visiting.
