Prepare a muffin pan with paper muffin liners or spray tin with non-stick spray.
In one bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda.
In second large bowl add peanut butter, oil, carrot, vanilla, honey and egg – mix well. Slowly add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix well to combine.
Fill each tin or liner about ¾ full. Bake for 25-30 minutes, remove from tin and cool on wire rack until completely cool.
For Frosting
In stand mixer or with wire whisk, beat together peanut butter, cream cheese and honey until smooth.
Spread on top of each pup-cake and top with small dog treat for decoration. Serve to your drooling dog immediately.
